These terms apply to purchases from Screen Door Company at flyscreendoor.com, a trading business of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.

Prices and ordering

Prices are shown in US dollars. Select the correct size and color, review your delivery address and check the total before paying. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, wait for stock or issue a refund.

Shipping and cancellations

Orders normally take 24 to 48 hours to process, followed by 5 to 7 days for USA delivery. Standard shipping is free from $50 after discounts; below that it is $22. Express shipping costs $22 at any order value. See our shipping policy.

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will offer a revised date and the option to cancel for a refund. For other cancellations, contact us before packing and shipping start. See refunds and returns for the 15-day stock-item return policy and custom-size exclusions.

Product suitability

Measure your doorway before choosing a screen. Mesh insect screens are not security products or barriers intended to prevent a child or pet from leaving. Follow the fitting and operating instructions supplied with your product.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal or state law. If a product arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description, contact theteam@flyscreendoor.com so we can put it right.
